RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns require the customer to arrange returns with Black Sage Arms LLC. Returns are not accepted without prior contact with Black Sage Arms LLC personnel. Please call or email Black Sage Arms LLC before returning any items. Items returned without prior contact with Black Sage Arms LLC personnel will be looked at as a gift to Black Sage Arms LLC and we will enter it into an annual (or as needed) crap-bag giveaway.
Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt.
Returns must be in original packaging and the condition you received it to receive return credit.
There are no returns on live ammunition unless Black Sage Arms LLC sent the wrong caliber, at which time Black Sage Arms LLC will follow up with further instructions to include how to package and label the shipment for return. This cost will be covered by Black Sage Arms LLC.
ORDER CHANGES
Once you submit your order to Black Sage Arms LLC then has been processed and shipped, we cannot change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.
ORDER CANCELATIONS
Customers can ONLY cancel an order any time before the item ships. If you cancel your order after the end of the business day that you placed the order, you will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee. (Orders placed after 6:00PM CST will have until the close of business the following day.) If you cancel your order before the close of business, we will not assess the cancellation fee.
